Breast Lift
A breast lift involves the removal of excess fat and skin from the breasts to reduce the appearance of sagging. After the excess has been eliminated, the remaining skin is tightened and the nipples may need to be repositioned to a higher position, to give the breasts a more youthful appearance.

Breast reduction procedures are designed for women who experience pain, discomfort, and/or embarrassment from having breasts that are too large for their bodies. Breast Revision Surgery (Implant Removal/Replacement)
Dr. John LeRoy offers breast revision surgery for patients who are not satisfied with their results after undergoing breast augmentation surgery at other practices. The dissatisfaction may arise from fluctuation in weight or a patient simply changing their mind about the desired look of their breasts. Often patients come in for breast revision surgery when they wish for a smaller or bigger implant size or a more lifted placement. And while post-surgical breast complications are rare, if the correct precautions are taken, breast revision surgery can be the solution for implant wrinkling, capsular contracture (hardening of the implant area), or implant displacement.
